What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, surname, email address, subject, and message. We do not collect this information through any other means on the site.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose.
GROVE chat
GROVE is the AI assistant on this site. To answer, your messages are sent through our server to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, and are not kept by us or used to identify you. The conversation stays in your browser tab only (session storage, no cookies) and is cleared when you close the tab. Please do not share sensitive information in the chat. If you choose to leave your details in the chat, we keep your name, email, optional business name and note, and, if you tick the box, the conversation so far, to answer your request, in the same way as a contact form message.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable Maltese and EU data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@therewego.co.
Cookies Policy
This website currently does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics or other cookies are added in the future, this section will be updated to reflect exactly what is used and why, and consent will be requested where required by law.
To keep the site running well we keep anonymous, aggregated traffic counts from Cloudflare, our hosting provider: numbers of requests per page, country and response type. They contain no IP addresses, cookies or personal data, and are kept for up to six months.
